ZuluBOARD
I've been flying with the same kneeboard since I was a sixteen year old Cadet, first learning to fly at CAP flight encampment. It's pretty beat up.
So I've been thinking about upgrading to a new piece of kit...
A organized cockpit is critical to flight safety, and good Cockpit Resource Management. (CRM) This site makes a good point:
Your kneeboard is likely one of the least expensive safety features in your airplane...
Zuluworks seems to be producing some quality stuff. Plus, they just plain look cool.
If any you have any experience with Zuluboards, drop me a line or post a comment of what you think of them.

Hey, we just launched a new website at Zuluworks. In particular you folks might like to check out our new Mini-Z, the diminutive cousin to the Zuluboard. :-)

I use a Zuluboard exclusively. I love the thing, and I've bought them as gifts for fellow pilots/friends.
I picked up the orange ballistic nylon one, because hey -- who else has one in that color, right? It's unlikely someone would pick up the wrong orange kneeboard after a brief...
Lots of handy features, plus it's tough as nails. More expensive than the "standard" kneeboards at most pilot shops, but well worth the extra bucks.

They look like just the ticket! Like you, I've been using the same banged up piece of aluminum for years.
I have referred Mrs. Claus to the site and await the outcome with great anticipation.
