So "podcast" is the word of the year, for 2005.
As the proud owner of a shiny new 5th Generation Video iPod, I've become addicted to podcasts. Apple's iTunes simply makes it too easy to get fresh content.
My iPod is now plugged into my brain (gasp!) at the gym, during the walk to work, or even on the way to the airport. Not having much use for commercial radio, (XM is for nexrad data right?) podcasts are 90% of what I listen to now. (Yes, I've got Battlestar Galatica on there too!)
Here are my some of my favorites, amonst what I've got on my iPod:
The Pilotcast - It's like NPR's Car Talk, but they talk about flying. These guys give Click and Clack a run for their money, discussing aviation news, chatting about their own flying exploits, and giving interviews. It's like hanger flying... only I don't get yelled at for whiling away the hours at the airport.
The Finer Points - Jason is a CFI in the Bay Area who put out snippets of stick and rudder wisdom in a podcast. He's sponsored by the fine folks at Zuluworks. I learn something everytime I listen in.
The ANN Daily Feed - Jim Campbell and his merry bunch over at Aero News Network crank out a very professional and informative show. It's a comprehensive briefing on what going on in aviation. I feel smarter everytime I listen in.
Fly With Me - (now Captain!) Joe D’Eon brings his recorder along when he flies, giving us all an entertaining peek behind the re-enforced door of the flight deck. It's one of the best produced podcasts out there, and a great look at what it's like flying for the majors.
Now you don't have to own a iPod to enjoy podcasts... Just download iTunes for free, and have at it.
Bonus Tip: Adam Curry, aka "The Podfather" is a pilot.

For podcasts with a CAP spin, Maryland Wing's PA dept has been on the bandwagon for a while too.
Here's their feed:

If the Maryland podcast address (above) doesn't work, try this address for listening, mp3 or iTunes (podcast)

Civil Airman, Swag, thanks for mentioning our podcast. We're hoping to make some improvements to the format in 2006, but thanks for tuning us in for the time being. Our next episode comes out next week, featuring myself as the guest (my apologies in advance).

Sorry folks, this was not a comprehensive list.
I had previously pointed to the excellent MDWG podcast, in a post all on it's own:
